Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the FlutterPixel website and the services we provide.

Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER: Date]

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging FlutterPixel for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services and scope

All work is delivered according to a written proposal or statement of work agreed between both parties. Anything outside that agreed scope is quoted separately and requires written approval before work begins.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and milestones are set out in the agreed proposal. Advertising spend is separate from our management fees and is paid directly by the client. [PLACEHOLDER: Standard payment terms]

Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.

Client responsibilities

Timely provision of content, access, approvals and feedback is required for us to meet agreed timelines. Delays in these areas may shift delivery dates accordingly.

You confirm that any material you supply to us does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. FlutterPixel retains ownership of underlying tools, frameworks and unused concepts, and reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, search rankings or advertising results, which depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. [PLACEHOLDER: Notice period]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: Jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
